Established in 1994, CTS have been providing top quality efficient tool making & design services to a wide range of industries for over 30 years. Our commitment to innovation, precision engineering and strategic investment in the latest technologies over the last 30 years has seen us become partners with some of the markets leaders in the Medical Device industry in Ireland.

1994
CTS established – Providing manufacturing work for a range of industries.
1996
Moved to a rented premises due to growth.
2001
Due to continued growth, moved to our purpose-built manufacturing premises.
2002 - 2015
Continued investment in the latest manufacturing technologies including state of the art EDM Wire Erosion machines, Milling Machines & Lathes. CTS grows to employee 10 full time staff.
2018
Implementation of a full-time designated design department to provide design services for our customers.
2019
Due to increased demand, CTS moved away from providing services to a range of industries and focus on providing design & manufacturing services to the Medical Devices, Oral Health Care & Pharmaceutical markets.
2022
CTS receive accreditation for ISO:9001 Quality Management System.
2024
CTS employee 14 Full Time staff across our manufacturing & design team and have ongoing contracts with some of the markets leaders in the Medical Device industry in Ireland.
